Sales Agreement...

You agree to and are bound by all terms and conditions here within (Sales agreement, Returns, Warranty, Lost or Late products) when making a purchase. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Last updated: 23/2/2010 to include new product.

By purchasing from Lamin-X.co.uk, you agree that you are 18+ years of age, due to the fitting implements dispatched with our protection films.

Lamin-X.co.uk can not be held responsible for incorrect fitment or removal of our products and resulting issue's which may occur. We strictly advise that all provided instructions are adhered to, and that our light protection films are only fitted where original equipment wattage bulbs are used.

Lamin-X.co.uk reserve the right to adjust product pricing and/or postage costs at any time.

Returns...

All light protection/paint protection films may only be returned or refunded for if they have not been removed from their paper backing, are in undamaged condition with no scratches, rips, tears, dirt.

Halogen bulbs may only be returned or refunded for if they are not scratched, damaged in any way or showing signs of having been fitted. They may only be returned in the original undamaged packaging as a pair.

All returns must include the original receipt, and refunds including any dispatch costs will be honoured once the item is received back with us, subject to the outlined conditions. Refunds/returns must be concluded within 14 days after the receipt date. Any replacements for errors on our part will have dispatch costs covered by ourselves.

Warranty...

Our halogen bulbs carry a 30 day warranty active from receipt date. This covers manufacturer defects, (simply not working) but does not cover postal damages, negligent misuse, improper fitment or resulting issue's after fitment. Our light protection, paint protection films do not carry a warranty or guarantee. We do guarantee that you will be happy with our products and service.

Lost or late products...

We use Royal mail for all dispatch methods. Once we have packaged and delivered your product(s) to royal mail for dispatch, Royal mail are then responsible for the product(s) as the postage fee and service you choose implies. On the rare occasion that product(s) are lost by royal mail, a 15 day period is enforced from the day of posting to determine whether the product(s) are indeed lost and not late.

Once the 15 day period is reached with no arrival you may make a claim (here for Uk) (here for International) from Royal mail who will always honour their refunds. We can forward the required documentation to you, please use the Contact page for details.

As a company we can not claim on your behalf as we are not entitled to the full product value as outlined in the above claims form links.

Privacy...

Your right to privacy is important to us. None of your details are held with malicious intent, nor are they passed onto a third party. Your name, delivery address and email address will be held simply for speedy repeat custom, and for reference should a problem occur with your order.
